Error 10000

it's going on 3 weeks now. Just imagine how much gameplay I've missed man. my account was 112 ovr, I just claimed Gullit from shards, played just one day of the bundesliga chapter and boom, error message. I've basically missed the whole bundesliga and Serie A chapters, already missed half of the la liga chapter too. and it's looking like I'd miss the utots too. 

I guess they just don't want me playing the game.

I don't think they're going to fix this... this is a screenshot from the reddit post I made on the Futmobile subreddit, with someone saying they've had the same error message for 2 months without it being fixed... 

EA_Pulsar any update from the technical team?? or am I going to miss UTOTS too? I already missed 3 weeks of TOTS 

Today I was going to play some fc mobile and do some challenges but the next thing I see after the game loaded was a message saying an unknown error has occurred,I tried turning my IPad of and then on again but that did not work so I do not know what to do

I tried to login to play,but the game shows me this.What is happening?

I have problem 10000, and I can't verify the account because I'm a guest. How could this be solved?
