FC Mobile - Shop "Purchase Failed"

It's been 3 days and i'm still getting the store error when buying FC: Can anyone please tell me what is this error and its solution.

I've tried, also reinstalled the game but didn't help. My friend has the same problem so it's not only me ☹️

      Też mam ten sam problem od kilku dni. I nie tylko ja bo sporo ludzi o tym piszę. A wy EA z tym nic nie robicie. Czy ktoś sobie już z tym problemem poradził?
