FC Mobile - Shop "Purchase Failed"
It's been 3 days and i'm still getting the store error when buying FC: Can anyone please tell me what is this error and its solution.

I've got this problem for 2 weeks nearly. I can't buy anything in game. I re-installed game. I re-added payment method which i used to buy something in the past.

I've already been contacted with customer service in-game. Last time I had message that my problem will be reported and since sunday I'm waiting for answers and solutions.
