Fc mobile bad customer service

So i played fc mobile with underage account so i cant bind account to my another account(stupid * system). its kinda my fault because i usually didnt care about the age i set on my account beacuse usually i can set it later so i think i set my account as a 10years old i guess idk. i tried to contact the customer service trough FC Mobile got my reply 1 day after i send them a message. they want me to upload my id so i uploaded my id. No replies. 1 or more day i forgot. Different person came in asking my id so i send it again. No replies again. it always like this. I did it 3x times. This is stupid. I cant save the progress i did all this year
