Hi there,
EA has scammed me of my Money, I've purchased EA FC Funds Quests from Store for INR 899/- which guarantees 1000 FP + 4000 FC Points for logging for 8 days i.e. 1,2,3,5,7,9,11 & 14 but somehow after collecting for the first 3 days it got stuck on 4th day and despite logging in everyday it is not moving further anymore. What the hell is wrong with EA that despite purchasing the pass they aren't delivering the product and even after contacting the customer care they are not fixing or finding any solution for the same not even responding to our issues but on their ea help page they claim we will provide full solution or refund against any issues their customers face. It seriously feels like they are scamming their own customers of their money.
Here are a few attachments showing that I have already claimed first 3 days in one screenshot and it is stuck on day 4/5 even when it shows expires in 31 days and 30 days in two different screenshots.

Hello Everyone,
I have purchased the FC Points Quests Pass for INR : 899/- which guaranteed 1000 FP + 4000 FC Points for logging in for 8 days (500 completing each quest milestone) i.e. 1,2,3,5,7,11 & 14 days but after completing and claiming for the first 3 days it is stuck on day 4/5 and is not moving any day further despite logging in back to back each day. What is EA doing, is it scamming its own customers of their money by making them buy the pass and not delivering the product. The point is no where they are providing a solution for the same even on EA help or customer support where they claim/guarantee proper solution/refund against the customer issues but they
aren't even responding or maybe saying no fix available. Isn't this a proper scam by EA first make customer purchase pass then bug them to stuck on a certain day of the quest and on raising the issue turning its back on the customer saying no fix available?
No cache clearing or re-installing helps in anyway.
Even when few days milestone claimed it shows 0/8 milestone completed. Big Glitch or Big Fraud?
Must be compensated or refunded otherwise it is a proper Scam.

1. one showing that i have claimed 3 days of FC points milestone (after purchase obviously otherwise how can i claim a paid pass quest) ;
2. One showing stuck at 4/5 day milestone when event expires in 31 days and
3. One showing still stuck at 4/5 days when event expires in 30 days but the quest hasn't proceeded any day in milestone.

Same thing happened with me I don’t know what to do how to fix it but EA are here scamming people I can’t refund it or noting I can’t even go past the second day this is crazy!!

I'm still facing this issue and not been able to get funds quest login awards.
