fifa to fc migration

Dear folks,

I have an issue with my account. I used to play fifa mobile with my team till the update to FC mobile. Although i have saved my profile on facebook, i can't restore it on FC. I lost my team/GEN, etc and i'm very concerned about this. Can anyone help me?
