Freezing or cracking

First time I download the fc mobile and that happened there is freezing in my game many times when I open it or playing a match , when I tapped on screen it returned from its freezing and it happened again and again and u should tap on screen to solve it  , i tried to re-download it or finding solution in my phone settings but I think the problem from game not my phone so need help and the support team is so bad to solve me my problem
