Gem Missing

I’ve completed many Tapjoy offer quests and have not yet received any gems in game on FC Mobile. I’ve contacted Tapjoy customer support and  they’ve rewarded me the gems after I’ve showed proof but I have not received them in FC Mobile. I need help getting my gems especially after all the time and effort I’ve spent completing those quests.
