Hacks tuts😡

Since the day the tuts started, I have been playing face to face. I lose 2 tickets every day because of the game script, the game security, and the game hackers. I report and they do not get banned, and I get upset and they feel comfortable. Is this fair? The game is hacked. I talk to the technical support in the game, but they do not respond to me. I just reported it. Okay, and where is the compensation? I am not permanently banned, and the winnings that were stolen are not returned to me. It is a very annoying game. I have come to hate the game developers, the game, and the poor technical support
