Hero chronicles player bug

Somehow, I make 100 hero tokens and I exchanged for 106 ovr stam. But I opening the pack, the game was stuck. No player animation. I restarted the game. I got the player but, it didn't showing its player picture. The player was duplicating other players pictures.

Please fix this issue immediately.
