How do i change my username?

When EA gave everyone a free rename card, I got that card after a month or so because my mail box was locked. Even after using that rename card, I was unable to unlock as it kept showing ‘choose a name to unlock’. 
After this in November 2024 i purchased fc token but even they are unable to be received by me due mail box being locked.

please help me.
