i am unable to clain rewards in road to icon section
i have completed all matches but unable to claim rewards

I'd like to share some clarification on this. It seems that many of you get a little confused, but as you can see from the description of the TOTY: ROAD TO ICON, on the left-hand side, you can choose one of the 3 difficulties every day. There is no bug here.
I’ve also claimed all of the rewards for Week 1 and the TOTY players (the “Milestone Rewards”) did not unlock. The reply from the EA Moderator clarified nothing. Either the game is buggy or the the way the rewards are earned has not been explained clearly (in here or in the game). Do you have to earn the “Road to ICON Rewards” for all for weeks to get the Milestone rewards? That’s not what the description (or the layout) would lead you to believe. Somebody please explain.

If the rewards don’t unlock until you’ve completed all four weeks then make that clear IN THE GAME. We shouldn’t have to come in here to get an explanation about basic game mechanics. The way it’s currently set up is, at best, unclear and, at worst, totally misleading.
I have the same problem I completed all but I can't get my reward what can I do ?
Same here, I believe the first week has to end and then we will be able to collect one of the 4 available rewards.
I also have the same problem I cant claim my reward
