Y’all gotta fix bugs cuz y’all too slow🤷
- @qo2c4yc9uacg Hi mate - you need to make sure that you are using the same ea account to redeem the code as you have linked to your account (which I presume you are …. but just in case).
You can also run into issues when linked to both Facebook and EA - it might be worth unlinking FB, but I would only do so after confirming your EA account link with customer service.
You can contact customer service via the in-game settings menu did you fix the problem? And if can you tell me how because I have the same problem
No. EA is not responding and neither is anyone else. Everyone is not a rocket scientist and I think they forget about us little and old people who who still enjoy playing the games to keep their minds sharp.
