I can't link my EA account to game fc mobile

I can't link my EA account to the FC Mobile game, I previously unbind it to delete the old game account, now my new game account can't be linked to this email even though in the game it has been linked to this email but the system can't detect it These accounts are linked

    Ahh thanks for the additional info @x7bsq17fo4hr!

    To confirm if your game is linked and you get a message on the redemption site that the account you used to sign in is not linked. That would mean a different account is being used with your game. 

    If you not sure of the account that is linked, I would recommend reaching out to our support via the in-game option.

    yes, in the game it looks linked, but when I go to the website to log in or enter the redeem code, it says the account is not linked to this email... this is what makes me confused
