I can't see log in with ea account or Google account

Redownloaded the game twice but I'm only seeing log in with guest only

    Hey lracne31b9m9​, 

    When you open your game settings menu (cog wheel in the top right corner), do you see Link Account under Account Management?

     

    If not, could you pop up a screenshot of what you do see?

Hi lracne31b9m9​, 

I'm popping back to check in. How did things go since? Can you see the option to link accounts? If not, could you pop up a screenshot of what you can see? 

Please also double-check the date of birth the account was set up with in-game.
