I did not receive my gift after redeeming the code

Yeah i didnt get it even after redeaming it and the website says it too that ive already redeamed it once eventho it didnt pop up ingame

Hi @1l9fpbvhx0zc, To confirm are you able to select you are not a robot and does it give any error before submitting?

I am able to do the capthcha, but after redeaming it just says something went wrong…
