I lost my account after yesterday's fc mobile ios problem

Yesterday Fc mobile had problem with ios system devices, and after that bug i entered my account and i seen that my account had disappeared, and its opened account which started as 0 lvl please help me to bring back my account! (my account had linked with this ea account)
