I lost my fc mobile account which is connected to ea account

Hello guys 

Hope all of you doing well

I have an ea account connected with fc mobile 

And my brother opened his second account which is connected to Facebook account 

And suddenly my main account disappeared 😞 

I have my ea account and i have my log to the game.i have my team pic and all 

How can i get my account back..any help
