hi mate - don't put your user id on these public forums, only provide to customer service
have you tried connecting to the live support chat in game?
I tried contacting them for the inability to purchase in-game packs but they take forever to respond and when I reply, they sleep on my message.
they are just slow to respond ... hit them up again!
