Hey FC Mobile Community,
Welcome to the FC Mobile community on Answers HQ. This is a place for the community to talk about FC Mobile, Share feedback about the game, and report on issues you might be running into while trying to make the next goal.

However, there are some issues we are unable to assist with here on the forums. These can include (but not always limited to)
- Account related issues
- Missing in-game Rewards or unlocked items
- Missing purchases
For these issues, you will need to reach out to our support to further investigate and see what options may be available. Be sure to follow the steps below to reach out support:
- Launch FC Mobile
- Select the settings Icon (be sure to save your Player ID)
- Scroll down to "Help & Feedback" and select "Customer Service"
- Next, you can select an option based on your issues, or select the "Chat with us" option at the bottom.
