Internet is strong but i’m having 999 ping

i have a strong internet connection. but i’m unable to play h2h matches, because the ping randomly fluctuates between 200-999ms. in the DR lobby too the ping fluctuates. but in vsa matches the ping...

I having the same issue and every time I go to customer service saying it's a internet issue which is bull**bleep** because my internet works excellent hence it's the game it's self
