League Creation and League Token Exchange Temporarily Disabled

Hello FC Mobile fans!

I wanted to drop in here and let you know that we have temporarily disabled the creation of new Leagues while we work on fixing some issues. We have also temporarily disabled the League Token Exchange tab in the Store.

At the moment we don't have a time frame for when this might be fixed, but we will let you know as soon as we have any updates.

We thank you for being patient with us while we work on getting this sorted!

With yesterday's update, a bug was identified where some users were able acquire a large amount of League Tokens.To ensure fairness, we've temporarily disabled league creation and removed the League Tokens Exchange from the Store while we working on a fix.These are the measures that we are taking:

Leagues

League creation will be re-enabled after the bug is fixed.

The League Token Exchange in the Store will return after League Token amounts have been addressed.

League Token Balances & Rewards

We will investigate and deduct any undue benefits gained through the loophole, in order to maintain fairness in the game.

Prime ICONs claimed with these League Tokens will be changed to their Base version.

Make Good

We understand that this bug may have impacted your experience and we will be releasing a Make Good. More details will be shared in a future message.

While EA has just distributed enrollment glitch rewards to everyone now, there still is a major glitch remaining in the enrollment process. If you are someone currently NOT enrolled in a league, it is still not possible to join a current league. I receive an error message when attempting to enroll in an existing league, saying I am already a member of another league, which is NOT the case. Thank you for your help.

I am still having issues as owner not being able to see my members which there are 30 of them and I cannot edit league settings even after token fix today. I also have an alternate account that also cannot view members or anything or play league games if that’s an option
