    To confirm if you had connected your game to an external account you will want to sign back into that account to restore your progress. 

    If your still missing progress, reach out to our support via the in-game option; [Information] How to contact support

The 'chat with us' option isn't with a real person. I need a human to resolve my issue, not a bot. I can't believe it's so difficult to get a response from such a big company like EA. Oh my gosh!
