login failed

Hello, EA TEAM. 

I am facing this failed to login issue in my Google play Fc Mobile account from almost 15 days, i did everything that would fix it like clear cache, clear data, 5 to 6 times deleted and reinstalled the game, check for updates etc. Even i have the best wifi and a gaming device that could easily run this game but when i login my FC Mobile account in another phone it opens normally I don't know what is wrong. Please help me out to fix this issue.
