Lost account

Hello can u please help me 

Today I lost my two  accounts with the ratings of 107 and 108. The name of the team is kingteddy7 and somehow I can't find it.

Both accounts disappeared today and I don't know how. It was very unexpected but hopefully u can help me.

I am so sad right now and I don't want to lose my progress.Anyway both accounts were linked and I am ok if  i can get at least one back😥.
