Lost Rewards due to server issues
I lost two matches in liberatadores because of server issues and have lost game points, mini star pass points as well as winning streak points.
Today being the last day before the next round I will be losing out on a very big opportunity without playing and without any of my fault.
The date and time when the problem occurred:
23rd October 2024 from 7:15 to 7:25 hrs IST
I had raised an issue on the chat support 1 hour later if facing the issue. It's almost 12 hours now and yet to get any help.
