Match Bug - commentators speak and match doesn't load or loads a black screen

@EA_Illium Another h2h championsip tonight with the same problem. 2 matches ok and the third froze and gave my opponent an easy win against my AI. So these errors have cost me thousands of gems and I expect to be compesated because you're ignoring it for months.!
