Match Bug - commentators speak and match doesn't load or loads a black screen

Hi, i play FC Mobile and i've been getting this bug every 3/4 matches where the comentators start speaking and the match doesn't start or this other one where the match starts but i get a sort of a "...

Thanks for trying those steps and updating us!

To check do you have anything else running on the device when you go to play?

Also, can you check if playing on a different network helps with this issue?

Hi Illium, i usually don't have anything else running while i'm playing, but it happens anyways, it happened again today and i lost a few cups, i gotta restart the game everytime i try to play H2H to make sure i don't get the bug... 

I tried playing with data, on different networks, etc. but it happens anyways.
