Matchmaking issue

I keep getting this issue for like 3 match in a row now in head to head match and it costs me the rank, i was legendary 1 and now because i lost 3 match because of the issue i’m in legendary 2. it only happened in head to head, i play vsa and manager mode and it was normal so it’s not my network issue. please fix this. thank you
