Missing TAPJOY offers rewards

Unfortunately your connections with tapjoy offers are failing.

I have complete a lot of missions at Rise of Kingdom game and EA FC Mobile isn't registering anything, and I already spent USD at that game to try and win gems here.

I have clicked on the offer at your game, downloaded the game and your game isn't registering anything I have made at Rise of Kingdom game so I can win gems here.

    That's insane, you are the one advertising the use of that platform. So you're responsible that your game sends the necessary information to them to register that I clicked the offer in EA FC Mobile.

    I have already contacted them and they told me that EA FC Mobile connection doesn't register that I have clicked the offer -.- when that is a Lie.

    @Zer0Xx12 You can contact ea customer service, but there is generally not much they can do … the offers clearly state that they are third party offers and that if there are any issues to take them up with tapjoy or the provider.

    If you have been playing games or doing surveys then there are often some particularly onerous requirements in the fine print of the third party offers that make them very difficult to achieve … I personally have had little luck with those as generally you need to do something like reach 50 levels without exiting the game, which is pretty much impossible 🫣

    I have had much more luck with the products - but I guess all you need to do is click through and purchase so there is no issue with having switched out of the browser window.

    It's EA fault, I clicked the offer, downloaded the game, played the game, make several missions and TAPJOY isn't registering the information.

    They say that EA isn't registering any log that I made the clicks on the offer -.-
