My full team was released

Subject: Request for Assistance Regarding Team Rating Issue in EA FC Mobile 25

Dear EA FC Support Team,

I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to report an issue I recently encountered with my team, Galacticos, in EA FC Mobile 25.

At 2 o’clock, my team's overall rating, which was initially 103, unexpectedly dropped to 82. This sudden and significant reduction has disrupted my gameplay experience and left me concerned about the accuracy of my team's status.

My Player ID is [Removed, plz do not post this - EA_Barry]. I kindly request your assistance in investigating this matter and restoring my team's correct rating. If necessary, I can provide additional information or screenshots to help resolve the issue.

    @bsko3bogauai have the players from the team in the first screen shot disappeared, or did your lineup just change?

    What occurred in between the screenshot of the match and the screenshot of the lower OVR squad?

    Have you got more than one lineup? (Click on the team name in the squad screen and it will show other lineups)

    Hi no every player my full 103 rated team is gone like gone not in reserves or other and I can assure you this is my team please kindly help

    @mendozzamagic Ah hello no my full team endric guti and others are not there in reserves or other I have been playing this for quite a while most likely from 2022

    @mendozzamagic Look I went to my academy and when I came back my full 103 were not there most specificly I went to my academy on 2:14 and when I came back on 8:0 clock it had gone down to 82 I send emails to e.ea.com but no response
