My h2h in divisional rivals is crashing

1. It's so annoying.  Lot of bugs in H2H rivalry. So many times it's shown network problem (chery)..and loading in connecting to the server. Please clear this errors . Because my rank has been dowwnnnnnnnnn!!!!🫨

Hey! I Solve all possibilities. But this problem made again and again. This issue have lot of Players. but what the hack on EA.!? If you can't help this issue then why would you provide customer support.  I have been facing head to head match disconnect issue I can't play more than 1 game in h2h . I have been reporting this so long time. You guys told me to go answer hq what is the use of that. Please provide good path to gaming.
