Not able to make substitute

What's your device's firmware? Android
What is your game version? FC Mobile newest
In what game mode did the bug occur? H2H
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What happens when the bug occurs? I cannot bring in substituions in live H2H matches, It gives huge disadvantage against opponents. I tried reporting this bug before but no action has been taken since. There is no substitution option in my live H2H matches. The proof of above said is attached below

I do not have a substituion option in my account that gives other player an unfair advantage as when my strikers are exhausted they cant be switched while the opponent switches their strikers or other players giving them an unfair advantage in the real time H2H. I have been facing this problem since the starting of this new 23/24 season and i have been a fan of This game for a rather long time. I have even tried getting help before but i have been ignored multiple times.I hope i recieve some help on this post. Do check out the attachments below. Thank you
