Premium Event Pass wont let me claim rewards

I bought the CONMEBOL event pass but now it says I haven’t? Nothing in the store either. Username: DDouble

I bought the conmebol libertadores Star pass yesterday, day 1 and I no longer am getting the rewards, when I got more Star pass points. Any one else experience this or have a solution? Already tried off and on and shutting off everything.

So I bought the event pass yesterday and it worked just fine but today when I completed the skill games ,the pass suddenly stopped working and I can't collect the event pass premium items I can only collect the normal items.

    How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
    What happens when the bug occurs? I pursued the Pele pass yesterday and get the rewards for yesterday. After playing the event today I couldn’t collect the new rewards in the purchased part in Pele pass
    What time did you see the bug? (HH:MM AM/PM) 02:30 AM

    I reinstalled the game again and still face the same problem.

      I bought the event pass and i got the first 3 rewards then i did the skill games and matches tody after the daily reset and i only the got normal pass rewards not the star pass and it says i need to buy it again

    These are the proofs of my payments I bought 1000 FC points and I got them, but the event premium star pass I cannot redeem any reward at all now
