Thanks for letting us know what you are running into with FC Mobile, If you haven't yet try our troubleshooting guides to see if the issue is resolved.

If you continue running into issues with claiming Event Pass rewards, please let us know the following:
- Player ID (Select the setting icon > UID):
- Which Reward(s) are you unable to claim?
- Are you getting an error message?
- What Device (make/model) are you using?
- If possible, share a Screenshot or Clip of the issue...
- Are you on Wifi or Cell data when playing FC Mobile?
- Please share any other information that might be helpful.
We can use this information, to help make the team aware of the issue and to further investigate.
