Problem with FC Mobile 25

There is a problem that occurs while I am playing. The game stops and when I click on The screen keeps playing and this affects me. I hope you solve this problem quickly.

        @vi346h9s8u6q Do you have a different device you can test it on to see if it is account or device based issue?
