Rank up didn't work properly

Hi there,

I bought 6 or 7 Vinicius Jr. OVR89 cards on Market and tried to rank it up. it is ranked up to OVR91 then just stopped. I tried 3 or 4 times and all failed. The cards I put in were taken but the OVR didn't change. It means that I spent 6-8M coins for nothing. What is going on there? Can you fix the problem or simply return the cards to me. Thanks,

    @zlhlt yes - it tells you the relevant percent chance of success

    Rank 1 - 1 card = 100%
    Rank 2 - 1 card = 100%
    Rank 3 - 2 card = 100%
    Rank 4 - 5 card = 100%
    Rank 5 - 10 card = 100%

    So 20 cards in total gets you 100% chance of reaching Rank 5

    @zzangseenam So, there is an indicator that tells you the percentage chance that your rank up will work - if it is showing less than 100% then there is a chance that it will fail.

    Even with 9 out the 10 required cards there is a 10% chance that the rank up will fail.

    With the meter at 100% it will never fail.

    @434b588ad5d147b6 You need to fill the meter on the left hand side - if you don’t have enough players to reach 100 per cent then there is a chance that the rank up will fail

    I have tried quite for sometime to rank my prayer in EA SPORT which didn't work properly. I have lost many universal rank player but it keeps on tells me fail what's the problem. And my Players have not yet reach the maximum.

    When ranking it tells me 50% possibility or 50/50. What does it mean. I don't know whats the problem. kindly help me.
