unfortunately they do nothing - just accept it. After reset all the players with 93 something OVR try to reach FC Champion, it is completely impossible to play against these guys (my team is OVR 100, but my players are stuck in these matches). Just wait a few days and they will be up in FC. Problem is that you meet them again once you are there as well. Has been the same all season.

Now some of the GK are also quite overpowered, see many players with weak teams but 25 trained Allisons or VDS - crazy reactions.
