Is it possible that you made a child account? Children can only play a guests, and it would explain why you're not seeing the option at all.its possible, i have no ideea, but lets say thats the issue, how can i change that?

You'll need to reach out to our live support team via the in-game help option. They'll be able to take a look at how they can age up your account if that's the issue.
