    @grujic only way you can lose players is to put them in exchanges, or use them for training or ranking ... if you autofill exchanges or training and don't check what cards are in there, then you can lose high value cards.

    If that is what has happened, then you wont get your cards back, you have chosen to use them (even if inadvertently by using autofill and not checking what was included) so the onus is on you.

    If you don't believe that is what might have occured, then you can contact customer service via the in game settings menu (details of how to contact pinned to the technical issues thread) and tell them that you have missing content (don't call it a bug, MISSING CONTENT) and they will check it out for you
