Road to Icon match unresponsive

There has been a glitch where the road to icon matches are not showing,even if I click where they used to be, they are unresponsive. Please gix this glitch EA. Thank you.

Dice is locked in TOTY midfielder. I rolled but nothing advanced.
Dice is locked in TOTy midfielder. I rolled but the dice won’t reset. Nothing moves. Nothing happens. I erased and redownloaded the app. Same thing. Dice will not reset
