Season Progress Level Resetting on Console Next Gen edition

I went onto my Road To Glory account on my Xbox, then switched back to my main and now I am level 1 on the season progress after being level 32-33. If anyone has a way to fix this glitch, please help. I play on the Next Generation edition on xbox
