Re: FC Mobile shows "device not compatible" after reinstall

Dear EA Moderation & Dev Team,

​My Samsung Galaxy A05s (SM-A057F) with Snapdragon 680 and Adreno 610 GPU easily passes the minimum requirements for FC Mobile. Yet, ever since the August 2026 update, both Google Play Store and Samsung Galaxy Store state "Your device isn't compatible."

​Let’s be completely honest: this is NOT a hardware issue. This is total negligence from the development team towards budget device users. If this exact same bug happened to flagship users on a Samsung S25 Ultra, a hotfix would have been deployed within 24 hours.

​Stop making excuses about "system requirements" and merging our complaints into dead megathreads just to ignore us.

Either own up to the failure and whitelist the SM-A057F, or clearly admit that you simply refuse to support budget device players. Stop giving us false hope.
