Tapjoy is not credditin

Tapjoy is not creditting me with the rewards for the levels i have completed, however is saying they have creditted it and if i have to received the gems, to contact eafc mobile for help. On doing so, they tell me to reach out to tapjoy support, However now i am stuck because im not receiving help from anyone despite spending a bit of money on the game, i have not received any rewards.
