The game crashes whenever I press the back button.

Whenever I launch FC Mobile, I get stuck on the screen if I try to switch players or exit any event or quest. Pressing the back button just makes the game freeze. I've tried switching platforms from Android to Apple, but the problem persists. I suspect the issue might be caused by a glitched player in my lineup. When I checked my substitutes, I noticed one of my players appeared to be corrupted. Can anyone help me with this?
