The game has serious problems, it needs to be fixed.

Well, fixing game doesn’t produce them good amount of money but rather increases cost. It’s all about business. They mention there is no $cript by citing irrelevant, completely different situation case they won for different reasons back in like dinosaur’s era. It’s all about making you spend more time or money in the game not making you happy. Shame on you EA employees.
