Transfer to new device
Would need anyone advice. Bought a new device for my kid as his old device is broken. Issue was that in his old device he is using his birthday and no link to account was shown. Now I cant seem to find a way to transfer his progress to the new device. Seeking your kind assistance in this. Thanks
Hey, you can only transfer your account if it has been linked to save progress online. A guest account can only save directly to a phone or tablet, and we cannot transfer its progress in any way.
