Unable to login - D.O.B. Matching error
I experienced a bug when I tried to log in using my EA account. The issue happened at the login stage, where suddenly it said that the birthdate on my account is different from the one in the game — even though I’m 100% sure they’re the same. I even have a screen recording as proof if needed (CM - removed to protect your personal information).
Also, usually when I try to log in, the verification code is sent to the email registered on my account. But this time, I strangely received the code in two different email addresses. That’s never happened before, and it’s really confusing.

Real quick, I needed to remove the footage from your post to help keep those details private (your email address, date of birth, etc.). The EA Forums is a public website; everyone can see it, so it's best to protect that information and only share it with the support team directly if it's needed. The clip did help me get an idea of what might be happening for you. I think you may need to finish aging up your account for FC Mobile.

Then try it again.
