Unknown Error 10000

I have problem about Unknown Error [10000]

Yeah I had this problem too, I am just curious why this error always showed up when I accessed my account? after I click on the error message suddenly I am getting stucked and cannot access my account. This happened when the league bug occured, I am a league admin and did not abusing / using that bug, the same case also happen to the league owner's account. How can I fix this because I can NOT accessed and also can NOT played and progressing my account. Thanks in advance.. I attached some screenshots for the evidence

My daily quest dissapeared.

I reinstalled the game.

i used another wifi connection.

i used data 

i used a VPN 

nothing works

same problem happening to me..dont know when it will be solved

install the game again.

play as a guest.

when you finished the tutorial load your old account.

the error will shown again but you’ll can play normally

It did not work for me. So I uninstalled the game, logged in as a guest, played the tutorial and from the settings I clicked link to EA account to overwrite the guest to my old account. What did i do wrong? 

did you fix it?
