Unknown Error 10000

What Can i do i am not able to play game every time am start the Game , its not running, only showing this error

What’s is the update info for this issue? I want to trade olise with rui costa to shard but I can’t because can’t login to the game.. please fix this immediately

    I think EA will resolve this issue in 2052.
